Service Description
Continued Education is designed for shooters who want to keep training, improve their skills, and become more confident and consistent. Whether you're relatively new to firearms or already have experience, we'll help determine where you are and what you need to work on. Training builds on the fundamentals and may include accuracy, firearm handling, drawing from the holster, multiple-shot drills, reloads, target transitions, shooting while moving, and other skills as students progress. New to some of these skills? That's okay. We work with students to build the fundamentals they need before moving into more advanced training. Experienced shooters may be evaluated so our instructors can determine the appropriate training level. Our goal isn't simply to put rounds downrange. We want you to understand what you're doing, identify where you can improve, and continue developing your skills through consistent, hands-on training. Continued Education classes are offered weekly on Sundays, excluding certain holidays. Students are placed into the appropriate training group based on skill level and instructor evaluation. You can attend a single class or save with one of our monthly membership options. Memberships are available for 2, 3, or 4 classes per month.

Cancellation Policy
Continued Education Booking & Cancellation Policy Payment is required when booking a Continued Education class. Class space is subject to availability. Cancellations 72 Hours or More Before Class: Students who cancel at least 72 hours before their scheduled class may receive a full refund of the class payment, minus any applicable service or processing fees. Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours but More Than 24 Hours Before Class: Students who cancel during this period may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 24 Hours or Less Before Class: No refund will be issued. However, the student may reschedule and apply the class payment or membership session toward another available Continued Education class. No-Shows: Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not cancel beforehand will forfeit their payment or membership session and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In the event of an emergency or other extreme circumstance, Modern Sword may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Classes Canceled by Modern Sword: If Modern Sword cancels a class, affected students may choose either a full refund or have their payment or membership session applied to another available Continued Education class. Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are welcome when space is available. Advance registration is recommended and provides the best opportunity to secure a spot in the desired class. Class dates, times, locations, and availability are subject to change as necessary. All students are required to follow applicable range rules, safety requirements, and instructor direction.
